Join us for this workshop about Navigating Career Transitions in the face of Imposter Syndrome, Rejection Sensitivity, & Burnout
Burnout makes finding what lights you up, applying to jobs, putting yourself out there, and finding joy along the way especially challenging. On top of that, it can also feel like the anti-hustle, constant-healing, wellness industrial complex can be another source of feeling not good enough, not doing it “right”.
If you’re feeling this way, I invite you to join a workshop where I aim to help:
Despite living in a society that's normalized hustle culture and self-sacrifice for work (and finding new work) to the point of burnout, we know that’s NOT how we want to live our lives. We want to be able to find impactful work without the guilt of taking care of our needs outside of work. We’ll reveal the pressures that impact how we experience career changes and imposter syndrome, and Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (a common neurodivergent experience).
This workshop will offer perspective on navigating careers and life transitions in the face of burnout, no matter where in the process you find yourself. You’ll walk away with ideas for how to understand your needs, remove tension from your life, find more ease in the face of transition, and give yourself self-compassion to REIGNITE that spark inside you.
